The list of what I consider "sweets"

Yeah!
I did it, after months of eating great quantities of sweets everyday, I can celebrate the second day free of sweets. Now I will write an exact list of products I shouldn't eat at all.

1. Chocolate (and evertyhing that contains it)
2. Biscuits, cookies, pies...
3. Candies, Loli-pops, jellys...
4. Crisps, salty sticks, cracers, popcorn...
5. Croissants, buns, muffins...
6. Jam, marmalade, honey,
7. Sweet yoghurts and deserts...
8. Ice cream, whipped cream,
9. Sweet beverages (juices, sodas...)

Nothing else comes to my mind at the moment, let's see on the way.

"I WANT TO HAVE A FIT LIFE AND BE FIT" - sequel...


Scene No:1, Shot No:1.000.000.000...

Once again I got to the idea that I should finally change my life and keep the change forever. It is probably some 254670... time, but maybe it will finally work! It is much too late tonight to develop some nice, motivating and thoughtful note but I just had this necesity to begin TODAY and RIGHT NOW. 

It was my first day without sweets! First goal complited! - hahaha... 
Now just the second day - let's see how it goes. During the day I hope I find one moment to write down the list of products I consider sweets - meaning forbidden for me to eat :)
